Hey, I’m Miss Mika — founder of Just Laze Massage and Body Healing, a Black woman-owned healing sanctuary based in the heart of Memphis, Tennessee.
I’m a licensed massage therapist, postpartum doula, body sculptor, and intuitive healer. But more than that, I’m a vessel. A guide. A safe space for you to come back home to yourself. My journey didn’t begin in a classroom — it started with a calling.
I’ve always had the touch.
Not just in my hands, but in my spirit. Over the years, I’ve studied the science of the body and the wisdom that lives beyond what we can see. My work blends myofascial release, thai massage, doula care, herbal healing, and intuitive touch/soul work into a sacred experience that honors both the physical and the energetic.
At Just Laze, healing is intentional. The space is sacred. Every client who walks through my doors is met with care, alignment, and integrity. Whether you’re booking a Just Laze massage experience, deep tissue massage, receiving postpartum support, or coming to reconnect with your inner self, my goal is to help you feel seen, safe, and sovereign.
As a proud Black woman from Memphis, I bring both grit and grace to my work. My hands are guided by something greater — by Spirit, by intuition, by purpose. These gifts, rooted in generations of wisdom, flow through me to meet you exactly where you are.

When I’m not working, I’m living in alignment. I love exploring nature, traveling, studying the deeper meanings of life, and finding beauty in the small, quiet things. I’m constantly learning new ways to heal and grow — not just for me, but for those I serve. I come from a big, love-filled family where hospitality runs deep, and that spirit of warmth and welcome lives in everything I do.
My personality? Think: eclectic, neo-soul goddess meets grounded healer. A little quirky, a little cosmic, always real and very down to earth. I pour into others with intention, but I also cherish my solitude — those introverted moments where I can return to Source, recharge, and get clear on my next move.
And yes — I’m also a proud pet mama. My healing circle includes my two ball pythons, Litto and Taz’, and my crested gecko, Percival Xē’. They remind me daily of the beauty in stillness, instinct, and presence.
